Principal Consultant - Urban Transport (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Principal Consultant with 3-4 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic Urban Transport team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for developing and implementing innovative transportation solutions for our clients across India. You will be involved in project planning, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the strategic direction of urban mobility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of urban transportation systems, including traffic studies, demand forecasting, and network optimization.

Develop conceptual designs and feasibility studies for various transport modes (e.g., public transport, non-motorized transport, intelligent transport systems).

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.

Engage with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and build consensus.

Contribute to the development of sustainable and integrated urban mobility plans.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the urban transport sector.
