Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase professional with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, optimizing purchasing processes, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services for our furniture and furnishing business. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to contracts and compliance, leveraging your LLM background to mitigate risks and ensure advantageous terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process for furniture, raw materials, and other operational supplies.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Draft, review, and interpret procurement contracts, ensuring legal soundness and protection of company interests.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly those pertaining to contract law and procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports on spending, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, conducting due diligence and ensuring they meet quality and ethical standards.
- Utilize legal knowledge to advise on and resolve procurement-related disputes or challenges.
