Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM (Law) degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role will involve contributing to the development and enhancement of innovative financial products, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and improve existing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ideation, design, and development of new financial products and features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure all product developments adhere to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, leveraging your LLM expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Support product testing and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
