Project Head - Construction

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head - Construction to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for our corporate facilities in Indore. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and a B.Sc degree with a focus on relevant technical or scientific fields. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and close-out.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
