Project Manager - Manufacturing

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Project Manager with a Diploma in Engineering to oversee manufacturing-related projects within our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination and execution, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and site management. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the seamless operation of our clients' manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, from planning and procurement to implementation and handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and site staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization for all project activities.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-project reviews.
