Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Property Manager with 4-6 years of experience, ideally possessing a BCA degree, to oversee our fitness and wellness facilities in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to our members' fitness journey. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, operational efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to manage vendors, staff, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the physical property, including building infrastructure, equipment, and amenities.
- Oversee regular maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs for all facilities.
- Coordinate with and manage third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, pest control, IT support) to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Develop and manage the property's operational budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Respond promptly to tenant and member inquiries and resolve any property-related issues or complaints.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for property operations.
- Utilize property management software and digital tools for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
- Liaise with the central operations team on property performance, occupancy, and any strategic initiatives.
