Pulmonologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pulmonologist to join our healthcare team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the respiratory health and well-being of our employees, especially those working in environments that may pose respiratory risks. The Pulmonologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of respiratory conditions, providing expert medical advice, and contributing to preventative health programs. This position is ideal for an individual with a 12th Pass qualification and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of respiratory ailments and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and physical examinations to diagnose respiratory illnesses.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, pulmonary function tests, and blood gas analyses.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with conditions like asthma, COPD, bronchitis, pneumonia, and other lung diseases.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and monitor their effectiveness and side effects.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Participate in regular health check-ups and screening programs for employees.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in pulmonology.
- Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety protocols related to respiratory health.
