Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pumpman with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Noida. The Pumpman will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of information and resources within our BPO operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient process execution. This role requires a unique blend of analytical acumen derived from an LLM background and practical operational experience in a call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to call volumes, agent performance, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resource allocation and workflow management in a high-paced BPO setting.
- Utilize LLM principles to enhance communication protocols, script development, and knowledge base management for customer service agents.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and operations, to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on operational procedures and best practices.
