Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor/Inspector with 6 years of experience in the petrochemical or plastics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control methodologies and a commitment to maintaining product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Analyze inspection and test results, identifying any deviations from standards.
- Document all inspection and audit findings, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance in the petrochemical and plastics sector.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during all quality control processes.
