Quality Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials, workmanship, and finished products.
- Identify and report quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
- Stay updated with the latest quality standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
