We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Partner with 3-5 years of experience to join our Film / Music / Entertainment team. This role is ideal for an individual who has completed their 12th grade education and possesses a strong aptitude for the entertainment industry, client relations, and project coordination. You will work closely with senior management and clients, contributing to the strategic growth and operational success of our entertainment ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior partners in managing client relationships and projects within the film, music, and entertainment sectors.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies for entertainment projects.
- Coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the entertainment industry.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and management.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client management and project operations.
- Gain exposure to contract negotiation and deal structuring within the entertainment space.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
