Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Cyber Security / IT Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within the agrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of IT risks, security frameworks, and business processes to protect sensitive information and maintain operational integrity. A strong foundation in business principles, gained through an MBA/PGDM, is crucial for understanding the broader business impact of security decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT systems and applications within the agrochemical business context.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor security infrastructure and respond to security incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Assist in the development and execution of IT security awareness training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate security into business processes and technology decisions.
- Perform regular audits of security controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the chemical and agricultural industries.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
