We are seeking a driven and experienced Direct Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our recruitment and staffing services, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and expand our customer base.

Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Conduct client needs analysis to understand their staffing requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Present and demonstrate the value of TeamLease's recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
