Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from concept to execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and logistics.
• Develop event timelines, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Oversee event setup, coordination of staff and volunteers, and post-event activities.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and prices.
• Handle on-site event management, problem-solving, and ensuring attendee satisfaction.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
