Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Exploration and Production Director with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets and a keen interest in the energy sector's exploration and production segment. This role involves supporting investment decisions, conducting due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is a prerequisite for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities within the exploration and production (E&P) sector.

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential E&P investments.

Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees.

Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies in the E&P space.

Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the E&P sector.

Support deal execution and post-investment management activities.
