Recruiting for Instructional Designer - Import & Export Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background to develop and implement engaging learning solutions for our Import & Export division. This role is crucial in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring operational excellence and compliance within the fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments, for various import and export processes and compliance training.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure learning solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create high-quality, results-oriented training programs.

Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software to create interactive and visually appealing learning content.

Facilitate pilot sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement of learning materials.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning.
