Recruiting for Lyricist - Clinical Research / Contract Research Team (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lyricist with 0-2 years of experience to join our Clinical Research / Contract Research team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for developing clear, accurate, and engaging content for various clinical trial documentation and communication materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scientific terminology and the ability to translate complex information into accessible language. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required, demonstrating a foundational understanding of structured thinking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical research scientists, project managers, and regulatory affairs specialists to understand content requirements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread various clinical research documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), and patient-facing materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, compliant with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP), and aligns with project-specific objectives.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences, from medical professionals to study participants.
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentations related to clinical trials.
- Maintain a strong understanding of therapeutic areas and relevant medical terminology.
- Utilize content management systems and other relevant software tools for document creation and tracking.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
