We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine / Maritime Pilot with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Fitness & Wellness team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree who is eager to apply their analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Marine / Maritime Pilot will be responsible for assisting in the operational efficiency and strategic planning of our wellness programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of maritime-themed wellness activities and programs.
• Support the coordination of logistics for wellness events and participant engagement.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends in fitness and wellness, with a focus on experiential programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program operations and participant data.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and participants.
• Provide administrative support to the Fitness & Wellness management team.
