We are seeking a diligent and legally astute Power Production Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the power generation and distribution systems within our biotechnology manufacturing facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of power systems and a foundational legal background to navigate compliance and contractual aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of power generation equipment (generators, transformers, switchgear).

Ensure continuous and reliable power supply to all production units, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for power infrastructure and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Review and interpret technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory documents related to power generation and supply.

Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies regarding power usage and emissions.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on contractual agreements with power vendors and regulatory bodies.

Prepare reports on power consumption, generation efficiency, and maintenance activities.

Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and process improvements.
