Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager - Construction with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Emerging Technologies team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree who is looking to kickstart their career in managing innovative construction projects. You will support senior project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, focusing on the integration of new technologies and sustainable practices in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
- Support the procurement and management of materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and report on project status to senior management.
- Contribute to the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., BIM, AI in construction, sustainable materials) into project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Support the documentation and close-out of projects.
