Respiratory Therapist

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our Mangalore facility. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, operating and maintaining respiratory equipment, and educating patients on respiratory health. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment as needed.
- Operate and maintain various respiratory care equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment protocols, and home care management.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical respiratory support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and site management to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols specific to an industrial environment.
