Risk Control Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Risk Control Analyst with a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within our emerging technology projects and operations. This role requires a unique blend of creative problem-solving and a structured approach to risk management, ensuring the integrity and security of our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing projects, focusing on potential design, operational, and technological vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including control frameworks and procedural improvements, with a focus on user experience and system usability.
- Monitor and analyze risk metrics, generating regular reports for senior management on identified risks and control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, engineering, legal) to integrate risk management into the design and development lifecycle.
- Design and deliver training materials on risk awareness and control procedures for relevant stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and regulatory changes within the emerging technologies sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's risk management policies and procedures.
