Schedulers (LLB Required) - Ahmedabad

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining accurate project documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and contract management, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for interior design projects, ensuring all milestones are identified and tracked.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients to gather information and update schedules.

Review and interpret project contracts and legal documents to ensure scheduling aligns with contractual obligations.

Identify potential delays and risks to project timelines and proactively propose solutions.

Prepare regular progress reports and schedule updates for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements in project scheduling.

Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems.
