Medical Transcriptionist (12th Pass Required) - Thane

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports and documentation, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to medical terminology. This role is suitable for individuals with 1-2 years of experience and a 12th pass qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe dictated medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, operative reports, consultation notes, and discharge summaries.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transcribed documents, paying close attention to medical terminology, abbreviations, and drug names.

Identify and clarify any discrepancies or ambiguities in dictated reports with the dictator or supervisor.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines and company policies.

Utilize medical transcription software and equipment efficiently.

Proofread and edit transcribed documents for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation accuracy.
