Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Nurse Informaticist with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for optimizing our healthcare-related data management and operational efficiency within the import and export framework of our pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of business processes and data analysis to enhance our health information systems and ensure seamless data flow for regulatory compliance and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret healthcare data, identifying trends and insights relevant to import/export operations, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of health information systems (HIS), electronic health records (EHR), and other data management tools.
- Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards for management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health product logistics and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity.
- Support the integration of data from various sources, including international suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
- Facilitate training for staff on new systems and data reporting protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international healthcare data regulations and import/export laws.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
