Seeking ATM / Credit Card (2-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our finance team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our ATM and credit card operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent analytical skills to support our growing business in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily ATM and credit card transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor and analyze credit card statement data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the management of relationships with banking partners and payment processors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on ATM and credit card performance, including transaction volumes, fees, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting and auditing.
- Support the implementation of new payment technologies and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ATM and credit card landscape.
