Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Banquet Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining high standards of service. This role is suitable for a 12th pass individual with a passion for hospitality and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all banquet setup, service, and breakdown activities.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Manage and train banquet staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation.

Oversee inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in menu planning and beverage service coordination.
