Seeking Catering Executive (1-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Catering Executive with 1-3 years of experience to manage and oversee catering operations within our Nagpur facility. This role requires a unique blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of hygiene and quality standards, leveraging your M.Pharma background. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless catering services for employees and guests, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily catering requirements, including menu planning, procurement of ingredients, and vendor management.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols, applying principles relevant to a pharmaceutical background.
- Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of meals and refreshments.
- Handle client (internal employees/guests) feedback and resolve any issues related to catering services promptly.
- Maintain records of expenses, consumption, and vendor performance.
- Organize and supervise special event catering as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in catering and food service management.
