Seeking Psychiatrist (1-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for supporting the mental well-being of our employees within the Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise and business acumen to contribute to our comprehensive employee wellness programs. This position requires a unique blend of medical knowledge and strategic thinking, suitable for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment plans for employees.
• Develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of the media and entertainment workforce.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to create a supportive work environment and address workplace mental health challenges.
• Utilize business insights from MBA/PGDM to optimize the delivery and accessibility of mental health services.
• Provide counseling and therapy sessions, including individual and group therapy.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in psychiatry and employee wellness.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
