We are seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist with a B.Des degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role will focus on leveraging design principles and user experience expertise to enhance our agricultural technology platforms, particularly in areas related to crop health monitoring, data visualization, and farmer engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical/agricultural data and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring efficient data interpretation and actionable insights for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for agricultural data analysis, focusing on crop health indicators and environmental factors.
- Collaborate with agricultural scientists and data analysts to translate complex data into easily understandable visual formats.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on current and proposed informatics solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements to our agricultural data platforms.
- Ensure the design of informatics systems aligns with user needs and regulatory requirements in the agricultural sector.
- Develop user guides and training materials for the effective use of informatics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, data visualization, and agricultural technology.
