The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a passion for the live entertainment industry. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the logistics and technical aspects of our event setups, ensuring smooth operations from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the logistics of shipping and receiving event equipment, ensuring timely delivery and safe handling.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to streamline the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all event assets and equipment.
- Develop and implement efficient packing and unpacking procedures for sensitive technical gear.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or technical issues that arise during the shipping and setup phases.
- Collaborate with the technical production team to ensure all equipment is prepared and functional for live events.
- Conduct quality checks on returned equipment and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in event logistics and shipping.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of event infrastructure as required, particularly for specialized technical components.
