Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Travel Agent / Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our corporate travel team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to assist employees with their travel needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for corporate employees.
- Provide travel advice and recommendations to employees, ensuring their travel plans align with company budgets and preferences.
- Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate travel records and prepare reports on travel expenses and patterns.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and visa requirements.
- Liaise with travel vendors to negotiate rates and secure favourable terms.
- Ensure compliance with all company travel policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing travel management strategies.
