Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Upstream - Other team. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of data management and analysis within the FMCG sector. This role will involve supporting various upstream processes and contributing to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and analysis of data related to raw material procurement, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
- Support the development and implementation of upstream process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for upstream activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all upstream-related processes.
- Participate in data validation and quality control activities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to upstream operations.
