This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across our diverse projects in the architecture and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of experience in OHS, with a strong understanding of Indian safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor OHS policies and procedures specific to construction sites and office environments.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian OHS legislation and building codes.
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Maintain OHS records and documentation, including safety audits and training logs.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety into all project phases.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
