We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our corporate facility in Jaipur. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution of all food items.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and cooking methods.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
