We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sports Club Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee the operations of our employee sports club in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for sports and community engagement. This role is crucial for fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports club, including facility maintenance and scheduling.
Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.
Develop and implement fitness programs and wellness initiatives.
Manage club memberships, registrations, and fee collection (if applicable).
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for equipment and facility needs.
Promote club activities and encourage employee participation.
Handle basic budgeting and financial tracking for club activities.
