Sustainability Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Manager to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, looking to drive sustainable practices within the dynamic events and live entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability initiatives across our event portfolio, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on how events are planned and executed in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans for events, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, responsible sourcing, and carbon footprint management.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments for proposed events and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and recommend sustainable materials, technologies, and vendors for event production.
- Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives, collecting data and analyzing performance against set targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, regulatory bodies) to integrate sustainability best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and innovations in event sustainability and ESG reporting.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for staff and vendors on sustainability protocols.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to sustainability efforts and certifications.
