Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Nasik. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agrochemical products to farmers and channel partners over the phone. You will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth within the region. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong communication aptitude and a passion for agriculture, who do not require a post-graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (farmers, dealers, distributors) to introduce and promote UPL's agrochemical products.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
