We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker with 1-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an M.A graduate looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a practical, hands-on environment within the automotive component industry. You will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of precision tools and dies essential for our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, fabrication, and assembly of new tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.

- Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precise components.

- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and machine settings.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
