Transport Management (12th Pass Required) - Gurgaon

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Transport Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our transportation operations, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods and personnel. This role requires strong logistical skills and the ability to manage a fleet effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules for deliveries and pickups.
- Manage fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Track and monitor the movement of vehicles and goods using GPS and other tracking systems.
- Optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any transport-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Assist in managing driver schedules and performance.
- Handle any unexpected delays or disruptions in transportation and implement contingency plans.
