Unarmed Security Guard (3-4 Yrs) | Lucknow

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Unarmed Security Guard with 3-4 years of experience and a strong educational background (LLB) to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring the safety of personnel and company assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security situations. Experience in a corporate or insurance sector environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol company premises regularly to ensure security and identify potential risks.

Monitor access points and ensure only authorized personnel enter.

Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Enforce company security policies and procedures.

Maintain a daily log of security activities and incidents.

Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.

Assist with visitor management and provide basic information when needed.

Utilize knowledge gained from LLB education to understand and uphold legal aspects of security protocols.
