Role Summary: ZipGo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2B) to drive business growth and expand our corporate client base in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a Master's degree and 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the urban transport or a related service industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our shuttle services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand market share in Guwahati.

Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, understand their employee transportation needs, and present ZipGo's shuttle solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in corporate HR and administration departments.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both ZipGo and the client.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
