Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager (B2C) with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to drive sales and expand our market presence in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a sales territory, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the fast-paced food processing and FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales objectives and expand customer base.
Identify and prospect potential B2C customers, including retail outlets and direct consumers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage sales-related expenses.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
