Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual with 2-3 years of experience to join our Corporate Affairs team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will support the company's various corporate functions, ensuring compliance, managing stakeholder relations, and facilitating smooth business operations within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and submissions as required by government bodies.
- Support the coordination of meetings with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate communications, legal documentation, and compliance activities.
- Conduct research on relevant policies, regulations, and industry trends impacting the pharmaceutical sector in India.
- Liaise with internal departments (Legal, HR, Finance) to gather information and ensure alignment on corporate matters.
- Provide administrative support for corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Help in organizing and executing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and public relations activities.
- Monitor media and public perception related to the company and its products.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
