Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our advanced research facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in laboratory operations and an academic background that includes an LLM (Law Degree), demonstrating a unique blend of technical aptitude and analytical skills. This role involves supporting cutting-edge research in semiconductor devices and electronic components. You will work closely with researchers and engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of laboratory equipment and contribute to experimental setups and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment used in semiconductor fabrication and characterization.
- Perform routine tests and experiments as directed by senior researchers, meticulously recording observations and results.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including chemicals, consumables, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Support researchers in data analysis and report generation, leveraging your analytical skills.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and equipment logs accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of experimental protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of laboratory safety and compliance, with a keen understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to research environments.
