Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Legal & Regulatory professional with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will involve supporting the company's legal and regulatory compliance efforts within the dynamic media, entertainment, and telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and policies impacting the media, entertainment, and telecom industries in India.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory pronouncements and advise stakeholders on potential impacts.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Manage and maintain legal records and databases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal and regulatory queries.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation support as needed.
