Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent LLM graduate with 0-1 years of experience to join our Legal team in Chandigarh. This role will focus on supporting our arbitration and dispute resolution processes, particularly in matters related to crime within the business context. You will gain exposure to various legal challenges and contribute to the smooth functioning of our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to arbitration proceedings.
Conduct legal research on arbitration laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to crime and commercial disputes.
Support the preparation of case files, evidence, and submissions for arbitration tribunals.
Liaise with external counsel and stakeholders as directed.
Help in managing and organizing legal documentation and case records.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the company's operations.
Provide general legal support to the legal department as required.
Understand and apply principles of contract law and dispute resolution mechanisms.
