Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Thane. This role is ideal for professionals without a formal graduation degree who possess strong legal acumen and a proactive approach. The CLO will be instrumental in managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the Indian telecommunications and ISP sector, and providing strategic legal counsel to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all legal operations, including corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Advise on legal risks and opportunities associated with business strategies and operations.
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, ISP policies, and data privacy laws in India.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to safeguard company interests.
- Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks affecting the telecom and ISP industry.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters.
