We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mine Manager to oversee all aspects of our mining operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background with a Doctorate/PhD in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field, combined with 3-4 years of practical experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of driving efficiency and ensuring safety in a dynamic environment. The Mine Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling mining activities to meet production targets while adhering to all environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive mining plans and strategies to optimize resource extraction.
- Supervise and manage all mining personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
