Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a legal background to join our Mutual Fund Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically within mutual fund operations, and possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. This role involves ensuring smooth and compliant operational processes for our mutual fund schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of mutual fund schemes, including fund accounting, NAV calculation, and investor servicing.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and process subscription, redemption, and switch requests accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Liaise with custodians, registrars, and other third-party service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and reconcile various reports related to fund performance, compliance, and operational activities.
- Support the legal and compliance team in drafting and updating operational policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Handle investor queries and complaints related to fund operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
